These terms govern the use of the stline.it website and all of its contents and features. They relate exclusively to this website and not to the contractual relationships for engineering services, which are governed by separate contracts, nor to the commercial products, whose licence and sale conditions are regulated separately.

The website is made available for free, informational consultation. The following are in particular prohibited:

- attempts to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the website and its systems;
- massive, automated harvesting of the contents (scraping);
- reverse engineering of the website's features and tools.
5. Online calculation tools («Tools»)
The calculation tools made available on the website (by way of example: acoustic mapping, barrier calculation, reverberation time, USB-PD decoder, PCB and electronics calculations, and the like) are provided «as is», for purely illustrative, educational and pre-sizing purposes.
- The results do not constitute an expert report, professional advice, an executive design, or a certification of compliance with standards (e.g. ISO 9613-2, Italian Law 447/95, IEC standards).
- No warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose: the models rely on simplifying assumptions.
- The user is solely responsible for verifying the results and their use; any design decision must be validated by a qualified professional.
- ST-LINE is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, the tools' results.
- Calculations run client-side, in the user's browser: the data entered are neither transmitted to nor stored by ST-LINE (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Intellectual property
The contents of the website (texts, graphics, layout, images, logo) are the property of STLINE S.r.l. socio unico ©, except where otherwise indicated.
- Open source software: the repositories published on github.com/stefanofante are each governed by their own licence, indicated in the relevant repository; in the event of any discrepancy, the repository licence prevails.
- Proprietary software (NetProbe, SoundPro): all rights reserved; publication on the website grants no licence to use it.
7. Trademarks
«ST-LINE», the logo and the product names (NetProbe, SoundPro) are distinctive signs of STLINE S.r.l. socio unico. Any other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for purely descriptive purposes.
8. Links to third-party sites
The website may contain links to external resources (e.g. GitHub). ST-LINE does not control and is not responsible for the contents of third-party sites reachable through such links.
9. Limitation of liability
The website is provided without warranties of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, ST-LINE is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the website.
The exclusion and limitation of liability do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to liabilities that cannot be excluded by law pursuant to Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code.
